Bharti Airtel Foundation consistently endeavours to act as the bridge that takes children without basic means closer to achieving their aspirations. This is possible through initiatives which thrive on ecstatic moments of encouragement, motivation, and mentorship where learning is delightful.
Whether you are a corporate or an individual, you are welcome to experience the joy and satisfaction of creating meaningful impact first-hand. Through
on-site, off-site, financial, and non-financial volunteering activities, your team gets a platform with wide-ranging opportunities to explore their philanthropic side. Bharti Airtel Foundation, registered as a Trust, undertakes activities covered under Schedule VII of Section 135 of the Companies Act and Companies (CSR) Rules 2014.

Financial Partnerships
Partnership opportunities, including collaboration through CSR initiatives, for financial donations.
Annual support for program operations:
Creation of teaching-learning materials, teacher training, mid-day meals, uniforms, textbooks and notebooks, school consumables, student welfare costs, IT equipment (computers, laptops, solar panels).
Support for Corpus Fund:
To meet expenses of various programs like Satya Bharti School Program, Quality Support Program (QSP), QSP State Partnerships, and long-term financial sustainability for the Foundation’s work.
Volunteering:
Donors and employees from Bharti Group Companies connect with the Foundation to volunteer with students from Satya Bharti Schools and partner government schools, through in-person and virtual modes.
ACT:
Employees from Bharti Group Companies also contribute through a payroll giving program called ACT (A Caring Touch) to support Bharti Airtel Foundation’s education programs.
Non-financial Partnerships
Collaborations with individuals, corporates, and institutions to support Bharti Airtel Foundation’s educational programs, on a non-financial basis.
Technical & knowledge-based sessions:
Institutions or corporate partners can collaborate for student or teacher workshops on topics around mental health, life skills, teacher trainings, etc.
Material/in-kind donations:
Exclusively, or in addition to funds, support through material contributions such as stationery, books, free education software, school-support-equipment like Wi-Fi routers, TV screens, projectors, computers, laptops, etc., strengthening program implementation.
Employee Engagement
‘ACT – A Caring Touch’ is an employee engagement program of Bharti Airtel Foundation for employees across Bharti Group Companies. Be it volunteering or donating money, time and skills/knowledge, these contributions go a long way in supporting quality education of the less privileged children across myriad states in India, where Bharti Airtel Foundation runs its education interventions.
