Appreciating and engaging teachers so they are inspired to be change-makers.
Supporting partner government schools with meaningful enhancement.
In 2013, Bharti Airtel Foundation launched the Quality Support Program (QSP) in collaboration with state governments to transform government schools into vibrant, holistic learning spaces that nurture students’ leadership, communication, collaboration, and life skills, ensuring their overall development.
A standardised yet flexible implementation model focuses on all stakeholders, including students, teachers, parents, and administrators. Through co-scholastic interventions, the program encourages creating self-sustaining institutions where the community, students, and teachers collectively drive positive change.
It draws from the proven practices of Satya Bharti Schools, adapting them at government school settings with a goal of institutionalising these practices within 3-5 years. A whole-school approach emphasises co-scholastic activities structured under four core program pillars, tailored to each school, with the pace and trajectory of transformation aligned with the school leader's vision.
By embedding good practices, fostering community involvement, and providing a flexible framework, the Quality Support Program aspires to transform government schools into dynamic centres of learning and development.
