Satya Bharti Learning Centre Program

The program started in 2013, to identify children who had never been to school or dropped out, and offer remedial/bridge courses in collaboration with the government, as per age-appropriate grades. It has been integrated with the Quality Support Program since 2018.
Effective partnerships with the governments of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh (Humana People to People) and Jharkhand. This program ran in collaboration with Educate a Child (EAC), a global program of the Education Above All Foundation; launched by Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser of Qatar. The objective was to catalyse efforts to reduce the number of Out-Of-School Children (OOSC) worldwide at the primary school level.
The program tackled low attendance, lack of enrollment, and discontinuation, by creating a sustainable model of learning centres to attract students. Despite being remotely located, these centres became successful with community support and local youth as trained education volunteers.
