Teachers’ Development

Satya Bharti Schools focus on creating a team of quality teachers, driven by a passion for education. Recruited from local and nearby communities, their selection is based on written tests, interviews, and mock classroom sessions.

Head Teachers are trained in leadership and classroom strategies, supported by Cluster Coordinators who mentor teachers. In-house trainers undergo continuous training, managing one trainer per 20-25 schools.
